Solar Panel Cleaning Technician

Eythor Private Limited is hiring field technicians to clean rooftop and ground-mounted solar panel installations across residential, commercial, and industrial client locations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educational background: 8th, 10th, or 12th pass.
• Ability to perform outdoor work in direct sunlight and navigate rooftop environments safely.
• Basic smartphone functionality for navigation, communication, and site documentation.
• Physical capability to carry cleaning gear, set up ladders, and operate water pipes or brushes.
• Prior experience in solar cleaning, car washing, or facility maintenance is helpful, but freshers are welcome as full training is provided.

Primary Duties:

• Wash solar panels using brushes, wipers, water, and microfiber cloths to clear dust, debris, and bird droppings.
• Inspect panel surfaces and wiring for damage or severe grime, reporting issues to the supervisor.
• Set up equipment on-site and maintain tools in good working condition after each job.
• Capture before-and-after photos of solar arrays to confirm completion quality.
• Interact respectfully with building owners and site managers during visits.
• Assist installation or maintenance crews when needed.
