Assistant Security Officer - SMPL

Sagar Manufacturers (SMPL) is looking for an Assistant Security Officer to manage plant security operations across rotational shifts at our Tamot facility in Raisen district.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of company property to maintain order and establish a secure presence.
• Authorize and record the entry of people and vehicles onto premises.
• Lock down and secure all windows, doors, and exits once operations wrap up.
• Monitor CCTV feeds to spot any suspicious activities or disruptions.
• Assess situations promptly during alarm activations and provide assistance where required.
• Log daily surveillance activities and document notable security events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (non-army background preferred).
• Ability to work comfortably in rotational shift schedules.
