Bakery Trainee - Pastry & Confectionery

Mira’s Bakery Cafe Pizzeria in Defence Colony, Delhi, is looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Trainee to join our artisanal pastry kitchen. This role offers direct mentorship under senior chefs, hands-on production experience, and a clear path toward full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior bakers with ingredient scaling, precise measuring, and preparation of daily mise-en-place.
• Support dough mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking preparation for artisanal breads and cookies.
• Help prepare creams, ganaches, mousses, and assist with pastry assembly, piping, and cake decorating.
• Maintain spotless kitchen sanitation, equipment cleanliness, and proper HACCP/FIFO stock rotation.
• Participate actively in team briefings, training sessions, and skill development workshops.

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers and candidates with culinary or hotel management diplomas are welcome.
• Genuine passion for artisanal baking, French pastry, and confectionery arts.
• Strong commitment to kitchen hygiene, punctuality, and professional discipline.
• Good physical stamina and willingness to work early morning production shifts.
