Assistant Restaurant Manager - Anjuna

Cafe Cotinga in Anjuna is hiring a systems-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee our high-volume daily operations. We need an organized leader who excels at inventory controls, financial reporting, and maintaining structured operating standards rather than simply supervising floor service.

Key Qualifications Needed:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on F&B and restaurant management experience.
• Solid experience handling POS systems, billing controls, voids, discounts, and daily sales reports.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage costing, stock control, pilferage prevention, and wastage management.
• In-depth familiarity with café, restaurant, and bar operational workflows.
• Demonstrated capability to enforce SOPs, run checklists, and keep team members accountable through regular training.
• Relocation or reliable daily commute to Anjuna, Goa before joining.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily floor activities, resolve guest queries, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Track stock variances, manage physical inventory audits, and keep food/beverage costs within targets.
• Review numeric reports, monitor daily revenue metrics, and ensure strict billing compliance.
• Supervise, train, and manage floor staff while establishing clear operating procedures.

What We Offer:

• Salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
