Head of Culinary - Sula Vineyards Nashik

Sula Vineyards in Nashik is seeking an experienced Head of Culinary to oversee kitchen operations and elevate guest dining at our vineyard estate. This mid-senior role involves designing seasonal wine-pairing menus, managing kitchen staff, and driving culinary innovation across our hospitality outlets.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing seasonal menus specifically crafted to complement Sula award-winning wines
• Directing daily kitchen operations, inventory management, food costing, and hygiene protocols
• Managing and mentoring the chef team to maintain high culinary and presentation standards
• Working with hospitality management to organize private tastings and vineyard dining events
• Integrating modern techniques and local ingredients into core menu offerings

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in high-end kitchens, luxury hotels, or wine estates
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, or a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management
• Proven expertise in menu engineering, food costing, and kitchen operations
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and cost control
