Domino's Store Manager & Shift Manager

Jubilant FoodWorks is hiring leadership talent for Domino's outlets across Thanjavur. We are filling roles for Shift Manager (SM), Senior Assistant Manager (SAM), and Store Manager / Guest Delight Manager (GDM).

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility:

• Shift Manager / Senior Assistant Manager: Graduation is not compulsory. We welcome candidates with 0 to 5 years of retail, QSR, or restaurant management background. Freshers possessing a BHM or B.Sc. in Hotel Management are encouraged to apply.
• Guest Delight Manager (Store Manager): Requires any graduate degree with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in quick-service restaurants or retail operations.

Key Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service standards.
• Lead shift teams, manage floor workflows, and drive local store sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, quality benchmarks, and hygiene protocols.
• Handle store administration, staff scheduling, and team performance tracking.
