The Altius Hotel in Chandigarh is looking for an experienced F&B Controller to manage our food and beverage operations and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with purchasing and ordering departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle F&B auditing, costing, and maintain balanced purchases with the creditors clerk monthly.
• Provide comprehensive sales analysis and manage the goods receiving bay efficiently.
• Prepare monthly food and beverage control reports and ensure proper docket control systems.
