Quess Corp Limited is recruiting Field Sales Executives for Berger Paints across locations in Kerala, including Kannur, Thrissur, and Alappuzha. This role focuses on dealer management, field visits, and supporting regional product distribution.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to assigned paint dealers across the designated territory.
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with retail partners.
Monitor product availability at retail outlets and assist with sales initiatives.
Work closely with local dealers to drive sales performance and market share.
Maintain daily visit logs and report ongoing market updates to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline.
Age limit: Up to 35 years.
Freshers are preferred; candidates with prior sales experience are also welcome to apply.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Monthly CTC: ₹23,000 (In-hand salary: ₹18,000).
Benefits include ESI, Provident Fund, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick leave, and flexible scheduling.
