Café Manager - Hospitality Operations

Cafe Coffee Day is looking for an experienced Café Manager to handle complete day-to-day operations at our Coimbatore location. We need a hospitality professional with at least 3 years of background in running cafés, QSRs, or restaurants.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café workflows, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Manage inventory tracking, food costs, waste control, and analytical reporting to drive profitability.
• Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase outlet sales and footfall.
• Resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in café, QSR, or restaurant management.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff scheduling skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
