Coffee Production Supervisor - Processing

Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Coffee Production Supervisor to manage end-to-end processing work at our Kottayam plant.

Requirements:

• Prior background in coffee processing or food manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Hands-on understanding of quality control and plant safety guidelines.
• Strong team handling ability with solid problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving factory setup.
• Knowledge of basic ERP software operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead everyday coffee processing activities while keeping production running smoothly.
• Oversee roasting, grinding, and packing lines to maintain quality output.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety measures.
• Guide floor workers, manage team allocation, and record daily output data for management.
• Work alongside the maintenance staff to prevent machinery downtime.
