Store & Dispatch Executive - Pune Factory

Labotek Plastics Auxiliaries India Pvt Ltd is currently expanding our operations and looking for a dedicated Store cum Dispatch Executive to manage factory floor logistics and warehouse activities at our Pune facility.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inward and outward material movements with accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct routine physical and manual stock verification and inventory audits.
• Manage complete dispatch operations including material packing, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Issue required materials to various departments and track consumption.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and necessary dispatch paperwork.
• Monitor stock thresholds to ensure timely replenishment and prevent shortages.
• Maintain safety standards, proper material handling, and overall organization of the storage yard.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be a graduate with a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
• Age bracket: 31 to 45 years.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in rotating day and night shifts.
• Prior working background in industrial stores or manufacturing inventory is a distinct advantage.
• Good observation skills and basic communication abilities.
