Production Assistant Manager - Vivimed Labs

Vivimed Labs Limited, a rapidly growing Specialty Chemicals enterprise, is looking for a qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager within our Production Department at our Jeedimetla manufacturing plant in Hyderabad.

Candidate Profile & Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on technical experience in chemical manufacturing processes and plant production management.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead shop-floor operations and coordinate cross-functional teams efficiently.
• Sound understanding of process safety, yield optimization, and quality compliance standards.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day chemical manufacturing activities to ensure smooth operational flow and target output.
• Oversee batch scheduling, raw material utilization, and production efficiency across operational lines.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with quality control, maintenance, and administrative teams to minimize process downtime.
• Manage team schedules, delegate floor tasks, and maintain accurate production logs and reporting.
