PPC Head Vacancy in Foundry Sector

A manufacturing setup based in Rajkot requires a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Head to oversee foundry operations. The selected candidate will drive shift schedules, line output, material allocation, and departmental synchronization to hit key manufacturing milestones.

• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with client delivery deadlines.
• Oversee end-to-end foundry processes including pattern making, moulding, core preparation, melting, pouring, and heat treatment.
• Track plant capacity, machine availability, and workforce allocation for maximum operational throughput.
• Work across sales, design, maintenance, and quality units to eliminate production bottlenecks.
• Identify yield improvements, cut down casting defect rates, and lower rework costs.
• Deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and maintain workplace safety norms across shifts.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
• 7 to 10 years of overall experience within foundry or heavy manufacturing environments.
• At least 2 to 3 years in a direct managerial or supervisory leadership role.
• Proven expertise in capacity management, dispatch logistics, and casting yield optimization.
