Quality Control Inspector in Metoda

A established manufacturing unit in Metoda, Rajkot is looking for dedicated QC Inspectors to join the quality assurance team. This role covers incoming materials, line checks, and final component evaluations. Fresh mechanical graduates alongside candidates with up to 3 years of shop-floor testing experience are encouraged to apply.

• Perform precise dimensional, surface, and visual inspections across ongoing production runs and completed items.
• Utilize fundamental measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and height gauges accurately.
• Interpret technical engineering blueprints, schematic drawings, and specifications.
• Document daily inspection logs, non-conformance records, and quality assurance paperwork.
• Escalate material or machining defects directly to quality managers and assembly leaders.
• Collaborate closely with production supervisors to minimize scrap rates and rework.

• Diploma, B.E., B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant ITI certification.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates holding up to 3 years of hands-on quality inspection experience.
• Basic familiarity with mechanical blueprints and physical measuring instruments.
• Ability to work structured 12-hour rotating shifts.
