Production Machine Operator - Skincare

HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring a Machine Operator for our production plant in Bavla, Ahmedabad. This role focuses on running and maintaining manufacturing equipment across our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care lines.

Key Duties:

• Operate automated filling, labeling, and packaging machinery efficiently.
• Perform daily maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting to reduce equipment downtime.
• Inspect output quality continuously while following GMP standards and safety guidelines.
• Set up and calibrate equipment for different production batches.
• Maintain production logs and clean work areas according to workplace protocols.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certification in machine operation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care.
• Solid understanding of mechanical operations and SOP compliance.
• Strong technical troubleshooting ability and attention to product details.
