Counter Sales Executive at Navrangpura

Citizen Hospitality LLP is hiring a Counter Sales Executive to handle day-to-day front-counter operations at our Navrangpura location in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will deliver great customer service, manage transactions, and support general service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests, offer menu recommendations, and address dietary queries
• Process orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Manage digital, card, and cash payments, balancing the drawer at shift end
• Prepare basic beverages, pack takeaway orders, and coordinate with the kitchen team
• Maintain clean, sanitized counters and dining spaces
• Monitor inventory and restock front-of-house supplies like cups, napkins, and display snacks

Work Setup:

• Full-time on-site role in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
