TripIQ is currently seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team in Noida. We specialize in making holiday planning simple and personalized, offering custom domestic and international packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand travel requirements, dates, budgets, and preferences.
Recommend suitable holiday packages and create custom itineraries.
Follow up with leads and close bookings to meet sales targets.
Coordinate with hotels, operations, and transport providers.
Upsell travel insurance, activities, and add-on services.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
