Ramee Hospitality is currently looking for a dedicated Guest Relation Executive to join our team in Santacruz West, Mumbai. In this role, you will manage daily reservations, address guest queries, and ensure smooth operations.
Review online bookings, company mobile logs, and WhatsApp reservation records daily.
Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and escalate concerns promptly.
Call guests routinely to inform them about hotel facilities, special programs, and services.
Inquire about dining preferences and service satisfaction for upcoming visits.
Maintain precise guest logs and waitlists to maximize satisfaction.
