Customer Care Executive Inbound Voice

Woodrock Infotech Company is expanding its operations and searching for energetic professionals for the role of Customer Care Executive (Inbound Voice Process). In this role, you will represent our organization by assisting clients and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Duties:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries efficiently and maintain professional etiquette.
• Address user concerns promptly to guarantee high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Log details of client conversations and updates in the internal database.
• Adhere strictly to corporate protocols, guidelines, and quality assurance targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience of 6 to 12 months in a BPO customer support role is mandatory.
• Strong spoken communication skills in English and sound problem-solving capability.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
• Age must not exceed 33 years.

Work Environment: Day shift with fixed operational hours.
