Customer Support Executive Night Shift

Overseas Cyber Technical Services (OCTS) is looking for Customer Support Executives for the night shift at its Karaikkudi facility. This role involves resolving customer queries and providing technical help across multiple communication channels during night hours.

Primary Duties:

• Answer customer inquiries through phone calls, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
• Help users troubleshoot technical problems with clear instructions.
• Document customer interactions and account updates in the CRM database.
• Escalate complex customer issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
• Follow up with users to verify that technical problems are resolved.
• Maintain compliance with company data security guidelines and service quality targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Prior background in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Open to freshers with strong communication and computer skills.
