Skyking Courier Service is seeking a reliable Delivery Executive to manage parcel dispatch operations and act as a frontline brand representative in Kolkata.
Core Responsibilities:
Execute daily shipment deliveries and respond promptly to special pickup requests.
Prepare internal delivery reports and assist the sales team with operational tasks.
Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve client queries and handling issues smoothly.
Requirements & Skills:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce logistics or courier delivery services.
Must possess a valid bike driving license and personal vehicle.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Fluency in Hindi and at least one local regional language, along with basic computer literacy.
