Sales Support Specialist - Maersk

Maersk is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Pune to assist with commercial administration and account support for an assigned customer portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate across regional teams to maintain smooth client interactions and drive logistics operational workflows.

Key Duties & Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Handle customer email inquiries and manage internal tickets coming from Sales Operations, CX teams, and Customer Success Partners.
• Assist frontline sales personnel in managing small client portfolios and expanding share-of-wallet opportunities.
• Maintain system records and track transactional sales activity for accuracy and consistency across data platforms.
• Evaluate client feedback across communication channels to identify operational gaps and execute process improvements.
• Work closely with internal dispute and support groups to resolve client requests promptly.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in frontline sales within the shipping or logistics industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
