Customer Care Executive Specialist

SVA Logistics is looking for a Customer Care Executive in Hyderabad to manage daily logistics communications and vehicle tracking operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Log customer details and order updates into the shipment tracking database.
• Track delayed transport vehicles and resolve transit issues promptly.
• Maintain regular updates with clients and vendors via telephone and email regarding freight and vehicle status.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Experience & Competencies:

• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in customer operations or admin support.
• Good written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational habits, problem-solving skills, and administrative efficiency.
• Proven capacity to work collaboratively within a fast-moving logistics team environment.
