Kashmik Formulation Private Limited is hiring experienced drivers to manage employee transport operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The position involves driving passenger buses, executive cars, and Maruti Eeco vans across assigned routes to support plant shift changes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate buses, cars, and vans for daily employee pickups, drop-offs, and executive transfers.
• Follow designated security routes and maintain strict adherence to plant shift schedules.
• Ensure high standards of vehicle cleanliness in line with pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-trip safety checks and maintain accurate trip logbooks covering mileage and fuel.
• Report mechanical concerns promptly to the transport coordinator.

Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license for bus operations and LMV commercial license.
• 3 to 5 years of commercial driving experience, ideally in corporate or factory staff transport.
• Clean driving record with sound knowledge of local industrial routes and GPS navigation.
• High level of punctuality, good night vision, and readiness for rotational shift patterns.
