Operations Executive - Cosmetic Manufacturing

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Operations Executive for its head office in Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad. The position plays a key role in managing client communications, streamlining order execution, and supervising logistics workflows across our personal care and cosmetics manufacturing operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for existing clients to address inquiries, clarify product specs, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Process purchase orders and follow through on every stage of fulfillment to guarantee timely execution.
• Follow up with packaging vendors on a regular basis to secure timely material supply for production runs.
• Oversee dispatch arrangements and logistics communications for seamless outbound shipments.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to align project milestones and maintain operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior hands-on background in business operations, client coordination, or order processing.
• Strong organizational abilities paired with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.
