Export Assistant - Logistics & Documentation

Sankalp Group is hiring an Export Assistant for its Ahmedabad location to support international trade operations, facilitate vessel shipment documentation, and coordinate cross-departmental supply chain workflows.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare, compile, and submit export documentation in full compliance with country-specific destination rules and trade regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties including freight forwarders, trading desks, loading facilities, brokers, vendors, USDA, and clients.
• Oversee export shipment schedules while monitoring related accounts payable and receivable for timely transaction settlements.
• Collaborate with production and packaging teams to align output schedules with purchase orders and delivery deadlines.
• Assist sales, marketing, and manufacturing divisions with order processing, raw material checks, and inventory tracking.
• Handle general administrative duties including issuing purchase orders, processing invoices and bills, and routing internal communications.

Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in export assistance, logistics, or trade documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with foundational accounting capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage documentation workflows for maritime vessel shipments.
