Production Engineer - Mechanical / EEE

Prospero Tech Services is recruiting Production Engineers to handle floor operations and maintain output targets. The position requires technical oversight of manufacturing workflows and cross-departmental coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shop floor manufacturing schedules and output goals.
• Partner with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and handle operational hiccups.
• Document process logs, yield metrics, and routine production summaries.
• Uphold workplace safety protocols and operational quality benchmarks.
• Assist in workflow optimizations to enhance overall line efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.E. degree in Mechanical, EEE, or Electronics engineering.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing procedures and process monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams under operational timelines.
