Warehouse Excellence Manager

Shivaay Consultant is hiring a Warehouse Excellence Manager to oversee operations in Okhla, Delhi. This role centers on upgrading warehouse workflows, standardizing procedures, and embedding Lean operational practices across 3PL client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize end-to-end operational SOPs for receiving, inventory storage, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Execute Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects aimed at eliminating bottlenecks, maximizing space utilization, and lowering per-unit processing costs.
• Define core productivity benchmarks and analyze operational metrics to refine labor allocation.
• Lead post-implementation stabilization and solution design during new account rollouts.
• Collaborate with IT teams to leverage WMS capabilities, automate workflows, and reduce manual processing errors.
• Maintain compliance through periodic audits targeting stock accuracy, order precision, and transit safety.
• Track operational KPIs, presenting regular efficiency reviews to key stakeholders and site leadership.
• Conduct capability-building workshops and process training for frontline site teams.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in 3PL contract logistics or warehouse process design.
• Demonstrated expertise in SOP drafting, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with WMS software and data analytics; Lean/Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
