TELUS Digital is hiring experienced candidates for International Voice Support roles, covering both customer service and sales/upselling processes in a full-time, in-person environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide international customer support through voice and blended channels.
Handle inbound and outbound sales or upselling interactions effectively.
Maintain clear, professional communication with international customers.
Work flexibly across rotational shifts and 24/7 schedules.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (US, UK, Australian, or Canadian projects preferred).
Fluent English communication skills.
Undergraduates and graduates are both eligible to apply.
Availability to join immediately or within a 10 to 15 days notice period.
