Your core responsibility will involve procuring customers and moving their freight. This is a blend of sales and operations, so you need to be comfortable handling both sides. We prefer someone who is sales-minded, builds relationships easily, and can grow a portfolio alongside any existing customer base you might bring.

• Generate sales leads and track active load statuses.

Experience & Skills:

• Prior freight agent background is a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales-driven roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
