Freight Broker - US Logistics Operations

We are a US-based logistic company with an operation set up in Mohali and a very reputed MC number, currently hiring urgently.

This role consists of both sales and operations aspects, requiring a candidate comfortable handling customer and carrier relationships, procuring customers, and moving freight. The ideal candidate is sales-minded, confident at building relationships, and growing a portfolio.

Requirements:

• Manage customer and carrier relationships
• Establish customer business and oversee account management processes
• Upsell and retain customers
• Self-motivated and customer service-oriented
• Build relationships with owner-operators to further service business as needed
• Negotiate rates and source carriers
• Generate sales leads and track load status

Experience:

• Freight agent experience is preferred
• 1-2+ years of prior experience in a sales-related role
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers with fluent English can also apply
