Rail Siding In-charge Coal Dispatch

Tirupati Road Carrier is hiring an experienced Rail Siding In-charge for our coal siding operations at Tallaipalli, Gharghoda, Raigarh (Chhattisgarh).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete rake placement, loading, and dispatch operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate directly with Railway officials including Station Superintendent, TI, and control office.
• Supervise physical wagon loading ensuring even weight distribution and axle load compliance.
• Handle pre- and post-loading weighment through weighbridges.
• Prepare and verify all railway documentation like Railway Receipts, forwarding notes, and wagon slips.
• Enforce safety standards such as wagon sealing, tarpaulin covering, and door locking via GI wire.
• Monitor turnaround time and prevent demurrage charges.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in rail siding, rake loading, and coal dispatch.
• Minimum 12th pass qualification (Logistics graduate/diploma preferred).
• Solid knowledge of railway freight processes, demurrage rules, and axle load norms.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and site-based work in Raigarh.
